An interview with Mr. Samuel Zan Akologo, who is (Executive Secretary of Caritas Ghana and Head of Department of Human Development at the National Catholic Secretariat )said,"we are assembled here today to launch a national Anti-corruption campaign under the auspices of the Forum for Action on inclusion, Transparency and Harmony in Ghana, popularly known by our acronym, Faith in Ghana."

Again, it is immediately and quite obvious from the mature of our Alliance that this effort is truly a citizen's initiative to address the menace of corruption in Ghana. While we acknowledge the necessity of other forms of fighting corruption, including investigations and prosecutions, a trans-formative process of citizens consciousness, behavior and attitude is very critical to achieving sustainable outcomes in the first against corruption."

According him, the Faith in Ghana steering committee deliberately scheduled the campaign launch in May at the threshold of the Africa union day because of it relevance to the theme of the 2018 AU Day. This Year the AU Day was celebrated under the theme "Winning the fight against corruption ". A sustainable path to  Africa's Transformation "

We invite every journalist here present to make this personal attestation of " I shame corruption in Ghana and we also invite every public or civil servant in Ghana to make this attestation. This would be done in active collaboration with the Ghana Education service and the National commission for civic Education at all levels of necessary engagement,said.
