I want to be a good role model to my children- Afia Schwarzenegger

Afia Schwarzenegger revealed that Charles Nii Armah Mensah, better known by the stage name Shatta Wale and Kwaw Kese, born Emmanuel Botchway were not being good adults to their children because of their smoking habits.

The controversial TV show host added that even that they were not setting good examples for their own children and other young people who looked up to them. Afia Schwarzenegger’s comments come on the heels of the reason she decided to quit smoking when the matter came up.
 She revealed that even though she enjoyed smoking, she decided to quit the habit for the sake of her children.

The award-winning TV personality added that she did not want her children growing up to take after her. She also added that looking at the health implications of smoking, she had to quit because she as not growing any younger.

 She then added that she did not want her children to see her like how the children of Shatta Wale and Kwaw Kese would see them due to their ‘addiction’ to smoking.

 Afia Schwarzenegger is still holding on to the case in court involving her embattled husband, Lawrence Abrokwah. The actress is also believed to have started an initiative called “Leave to live”, a campaign against domestic violence.

 The Angel TV show host was among the winners in the last Radio and TV Personality Awards which was held in Accra.
