WAFA’s Prince Ampem signs for NK Sibenik

West Africa Football Academy winger Prince Obeng Ampem has joined Croatian outfit NK Sibenik on a two-year deal.

The 19-year-old forward signed the dotted lines on Wednesday after having his medicals at a private hospital in the city of Sibenik.

Ampem who was instrumental as WAFA finished second in the Ghana Premier League last season is expected to play a key role in Sibenik’s quest for topflight promotion.

He is the second WAFA player to leave for Europe this window after Aminu Mohammed signed for English giants Manchester City.
