Hearts of Oak capture Benjamin Agyare

Hearts of Oak have reached an agreement with former Heart of Lions defender Benjamin Agyare over his possible acquisition for the upcoming season.

The 24-year-old guardsman is set to sign a three-year deal with Capital-based club if he passes a mandatory medical in the coming days.

Hearts of Oak have already signed Christopher Bonney, Benjamin Afutu Kotey and former WAFA goalkeeper Theophilus Jackson.

He won eight Man of the Match awards in the second-tier league and helped Heart of Lion to finish second last season.

Agyare made 28 appearances for Heart of Lions in the 2016/17 GN Bank Division One League season.
