Everpure Ghana Ltd. Donate to the Chief and people of Ngleshie Amanfrom

As part of effort to support this year’s Homowo festival by some companies, Everpure Ghana Ltd. has presented five hundred bags of sachet water and hundred cartons of water to the Chief and people of Ngleshie Amanfrom.

The sales and Marketing Manager of the company, Edbert Owusu Adjah who presented the water on behalf of the company said Everpure Ghana as part of their corporate social responsibility drive selected Ngleshie Amanfrom and supported them this year towards the Homowo festival due to the Importance attached to such festivities.

‘’we select communities and support them any time the need arises. We see the Homowo festival as a very important celebration, we therefore came on board to support Ngleshie Amanfrom. We do this not only for the people of Greater Accra but also extends it to other parts of the country. Next year we will be somewhere else’’. He said.

He indicated that the company which has operated since 2008 has embarked on numerous social responsibility drive over the years and would continue ‘’as way of giving back to society and also identify critical areas in society that can be supported in order to put smiles on the faces of people ‘’. He added.

According to Mr. Owusu Adjah, the company which operates in the Greater Accra and the Ashanti region are strategically located to be able to meet the increasing demand of their product.

He mentioned that Everpure Ghana, employs about eight hundred people stating the company has plans of establishing a branch in the Ngleshie Amanfrom area to meet the demand of their customers and also create an avenue to provide employment for the youth.

The Ngleshie Amanfrom Mantse (Chief), Nii Akramah Nyonmor Bei II thanked the company for the support offered towards the Homowo celebration.

He said the cordial relationship that existed between the company and the Ngleshie Amanfrom stool stems from the initial unsuccessful attempt by the company to identify the right stool to support but later found the right stool to support. ‘’ The cordial relationship that now exist between Everpure Ghana Ltd. and the Ngleshie Amanfrom stool came about after the former had initially strayed into wrong hands in the acquisition of land for the establishment of its business here. The company was later directed to the right path and this has led them to present this gift’’. He noted.

Nii Akramah Nyonmor Bei II, and his elders assured the company of the necessary assistance whenever the need arises particularly in their plans to establish a branch in the community in future to ’’ help reduce unemployment in the area’’.

He appealed to Institutions and private individuals to emulate the support provided by the company and also establish similar businesses in the area to support the people of Ngleshie Amanfrom and surrounding communities.

The Chief however advised the youth to desist from selling the stool lands as it could be used to establish jobs for them. ‘’ Ngleshie Amanfrom stool would like to call on the youth not to engage in

Illegal sale of the stool land which can be used to establish jobs to provide them with more reliable source of income’’ he emphasised.
