Mr. Kevin Aggrey has expressed worry over the inadequate support that well-meaning philanthropists receive from corporations and the public as a whole.

Speaking at a meeting held with event planners, Olive Joy Concept, towards the preparation of the Miss Akwambo beauty pageant, the manager of popular hiplife artist, Kwaw Kese, said, so many hurdles are jumped before a decent amount of money is raised for a good course.

"We visit organizations and present our plans of providing assistance in a particular community through projects but only a few of them are willing to extend financial aid,” he said.
He explained that the need to contribute to national growth is a responsibility to be bore by everyone and mustn't be left into the hands of only a few.

Mr. Aggrey debunked claims about the misallocation of funds, stating that funds collected are used for their intended purpose and the outcome is often evident for the public to see.

He called on Ghanaians, Non-governmental Organizations and all institutions to respond with a willing heart when presented with an aid project that seeks to ensure the overall development of the country, especially in deprived communities.

Mr. Aggrey and his team launched the Kwaw Kese foundation in April 2015 and have since undertaken various projects aimed at improving prison conditions in Ghana among others.
