Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has hinted on his return to the senior national team of the Ghana Blackstars after several years of battling with injuries.

Kwadwo Asamoah believes he is fit enough to feature for the national team once again after been on the sidelines for 3 years since the Brazil 2014 World Cup.

Asamoah who was a key figure for the senior national team [Blackstars] have been battling with some knee injuries and underwent some surgeries which prevented him from featuring for the national as he hoped to gain fitness.

The play maker has however hinted on his return to the national team after three years and reveals his reasons for rejecting some call ups whenever his name came up.

According to the 28 year old midfielder, he left the team [Blackstars] due to  injuries as he couldn't feature for the team because he was half fit.

“Very soon I will join the team (Black Stars). I left the team due to some injuries and I needed more time to get better,” Asamoah said at the 2017 CTB Awards.

“I know Ghana has a lot of talents and even without me, they are doing well.
